During some times of the day, the security guard may not be at the front desk to let you in/out. Please leave the key hanging by the front door when you check out.

â–ª Water: Drinking water has been provided, please let us know if for some reason you find yourself needing a refill. We do not recommend drinking out of the tap. You might find it easier to fill up the pitchers located above the refrigerator. If the house has been unoccupied for a while, water could come out rusty initially.
As with many big cities, Mexico City suffers from low water pressure. To provide our guests with the best experience possible, we have installed a water pump that provides adequate pressure any time water is being used. You will most likely hear the pump turning on and off. Please let us know if you have any issues with the water pressure. Please help us conserve as much water and energy as possible during your stay. It is greatly appreciated.
â–ª Weather: Roma Norte, Mexico City sits at a high elevation (around 2,240 meters, 7,350 feet) and benefits from a subtropical highland climate that averages close to 70 degrees all year. This means pleasant summers and mild winters. However, fans have been provided in each of the bedrooms, please also open windows to help with airflow. Fan remotes are located on the fans themselves or in the nightstand. Additional blankets have been provided for cooler days and nights.
